When you’re booking the customer in

Pay attention to our Hours on the Web Site and Any info we Email or post online regarding any Limited File 
Service times.

• During our online times we will try to deal with your stage1 & 2 request within 1 hour from 
Submission on the site.

• Any Big Build Files E.g., Hybrid’s injectors replacements will of course take longer and also would 
need to be discuss with us first.

• ANY Files Submitted 30 mins before closing time Maybe not be complete until next working day.

• Files can Also be uploaded when we are offline also however they will not be dealt with until our 
next online period.

When it’s time for Tuning.

You should confirm some of the following with the customer as well as carry out your checks.
Some simple Questions you can and should also ask before you even start booking a customer in 
• Has the vehicle been remapped previously?
• Are there any know Faults / fault codes?
• What fuel does it usually run on?
• What known modifications the vehicle has?
• Then take the car for a test drive/Logging or Dyno Test and log before any of your work 
commences.

You MUST Make sure you have a Good Stabilizer When taking a OBD ‘read’ with your tool that you have 
established is compatible and also where Possible The ‘ID Text file’ of the ECU you can Copy and paste the id in 
to a Note pad or even better directly type the info in on the Portal completing all the necessary information for 
when uploading your Read File.

Also, when Reading be sure to follow any additional instruction, the Tool May Advise you to do. 
Connecting with the vehicle ECU Via Bench/Boot.

Make sure you have a good PSU and be sure to follow any additional instruction the Tool May Advise you to 
do. Ensure all the pin outs are correctly connected. Then the Same once you have your ‘Read’ and ‘ID’ Files 
Upload them to the portal while also so completing all the necessary information.
Also, Important to note when Requesting File Service:

A file will be supplied to suit the specification that you requested during file upload. If for any reason you have 
given information that is incorrect or Failed to Mention e.g., you forgot a P-code or it’s a Different Turbo, then
there will be an additional credit(S) Charge for Revisiting the Project to Add the addition changes this also goes 
for EGR/DPF/FLAPs off Please Also include all the DTC that need Removing as they might not be included in our 
Solutions so Falling to do so will result in an extra charge for revisiting the project.

Master Tool Owners/Users inc Unrestricted CMDSLAVE

As you are a Master Owner/User or a CMD Unrestricted Slave User Our Support Only Covers File Adjustment 
from Logs should any problem arise. We are Not your Free Tool Support line or Information provider for you to 
be able to support and guide your own Slave Network.

This will now carry a Charge should you need our support for any information and Help outside the Scope of 
the File Service we have Provided this will instantly carry a Minimum Charge of 1 File Service Credit for our 
time spent to Support you. Original files Requests will also be chargeable to Master Users 

Any unique Solutions/ Patches or Files Beyond Stage1 & stage2 So EG Stage 3 Hybrids or bigger injectors Will 
only be Accepted as a project if you have brought a min of 8 Stage1 & 2 files the month before and also booked 
in with us Failing to follow the terms for this the Project will be Automatically Declined.

File Service in General

Files are only Held on the portal for 28 Days so be sure you have Downloaded and have a Backup your end.
Should any Support Be needed, you must Provide Full Clear Data logs without them Support is impossible. Logs 
also take time to review.

When using our services for Emission Patches/Deletes/Solutions
You accept at your own responsibility that the use of Emission Solutions do not violate or break any laws in its 
country of usage.
